Katie has worked in the transportation industry for over 15 years. She started in trip arrivals and worked her way up through operations to recruiting and retention, where she’s found her passion for the last five years.

Katie loves the people she meets, the relationships she builds, and assisting drivers find the roles and positions they are passionate about. At JBT there are unlimited opportunities for safe, hard working and professional drivers and Katie takes pride in helping these drivers find their professional home.

In her spare time. Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends out on the farm, driving tractors, horseback riding, camping, fishing, and seeing what adventures she can get up to with her daughter and their dog.
